The Rise of the Majority-Asian Suburb

In California, of course.

(The same has happened around Vancouver, B.C., Canada; at least one suburb of Vancouver, Richmond, is majority Asian, and no doubt the same may end up happening to other suburbs of Vancouver, too.)
