2004 playmate Colleen Shannon, 34, is still in jail after being charged with violating a federal statute prohibiting ‘bringing in and harboring aliens’.
The man is believed to be Shannon’s boyfriend, according to TMZ, but this has not been confirmed.
She faces ten years in prison if convicted.
